Preschool Teacher

The teacher position is currently open in the West Fargo Little Lights location. This position is full-time.

A full-time teacher position is Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm starting mid-August for the 2026-2027 school year. The teacher candidate must have an Associate in Early Childhood, Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education degree.

A full-time teacher candidate will be responsible for 3 classes, 60 young learners. Tuesday/Thursday AM 3's and young 4's, Monday/Wednesday/Friday AM 4's and 5's. and Monday-Friday Pre-K PM class with 4's and 5's. The teacher candidate will have experienced classroom aides and must have the ability to express needs as a positive team leader.

The teacher candidate must exhibit a meaningful and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

The Little Lights Preschool teacher is responsible to provide:

- Godly teaching within a warm, nurturing, Christ-centered environment.

- A safe and loving atmosphere where children are encouraged to grow spiritually, physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally. Luke 2:52

- Excellent communication with parents, working in conjunction with the director and staff to enhance the Little Lights Preschool program. Col. 3:23
